Enterprise for Youth sought a fresh and bold identity that continued to emphasize its longstanding commitment to its community.
As a nonprofit organization that helps under-resourced youth find paid internships, our goal was to rebuild a brand that was exciting to new incoming youth and maintained the parent's and partners' trust.

How do you refresh a 55-year-old brand? Start with the longstanding color palette that it built its reputation from and bring in modern elements that tie it to today's design trends. Simplifying and standardizing their brand identity across all channels was imperative to creating a cohesive brand that people still recognize and trust.















A gala that changes lives
Heroes at Work is Enterprise for Youth's annual gala that celebrates a thriving workforce and highlights youth stories of transformation and growth. Their last gala helped raise over $100K for the organization.
The gala's design aims to emphasize elegance and impact and stands out from our brand identity by celebrating a unique design each year.
